Rais Uddin Ahmed is the CEO of The Eagles Company (a leading Freight Forwarding company in Bangladesh) He has 22 years experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics. He has held various leadership positions e.g. Air Freight, Sales, IT & E-Services, Telecom logistics projects (Motorola), Tender management, Customs Clearing & Forwarding etc,  in several leading Logistics companies e.g. Geodis Wilson (1996-2011), Scan Global Logistics BD Ltd(2012-2016), The Eagles Company (since September 2016 till now). Rais achieved the position as Top 25 Global Talent (out of 7000+ Employee) of the worldwide network of Geodis.  Rais has vast experience in overseas sales who knows many Fashion buyers in Europe and Nordics. Under his leadership, He won tender Kappahl, Lindex, RNB Group, Ellos Ab, Sytia Group, BCBG, La Redoute(France) etc for Geodis Bangladesh and Brought again Kapphal in 2015, Heka Direct for SGL Bangladesh. His expertise lies in Strategic Decision making, relationship building, ownership & accountability, managerial effectiveness, and effective people management.

• Designing and implementing the overall air operations and administration of logistics processes.
• Developing & implementing the Standard Operation Procedures for all operations.
• Maintain quality standards for air operational export/import procedures and improve them where necessary.

After obtaining M.COM in Management, Rais started his career with Geodis WILSON (a Global Freight Forwarding company). And He also worked with Scan Global Logistics (SGL) in Bangladesh as DMD & Director. He left SGL in 2016.
